See the famous statue of the God of Nile river and have a break enjoying a typical neapolitan coffee in one of the most famous bar of the city centre.
Have a look at Piazza St. Gaetano the oldest square of the city. “Agorà” was situated here in Greek times. In Roman times this place was taken by a forum. See the churches of San Lorenzo and San Paolo Maggiore.
The baroque cathedral of Saint Gennaro dates back to the 13th century and is at the heart of the Neapolitan faith. Here the blood of the saint patron St. Gennaro is preserved. It becomes liquid during the so-called Miracle of St. Gennaro.
